Design Policy & Guidelines – Weird Flex Edits LLC

Full payment is required before any work begins. Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days, with most projects completed within 3–5 business days; timeframes may vary based on workload and client responsiveness. 

Rush orders needed within 1–3 business days will incur an additional fee, and at least one week’s notice is recommended to confirm availability.

Clients must provide high-quality, clear images, as low-resolution or blurry photos will not be accepted.

Each project includes one revision; additional revisions may require an extra fee.

Clear and timely communication is required to ensure the best results and avoid delays.

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Final files will be delivered digitally upon project completion.

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials before work begins, and any delays in communication may affect turnaround time.

Weird Flex Edits LLC maintains creative direction over all designs and reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional use. By purchasing services, clients agree to all policies listed above.
